Basic Requirements

 

Education:                     Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Total Experience:           At least 7 years of working experience in a similar position in a contracting/ construction company

GCC Experience:           At least 5 years of work experience

Gender:                        Male or Female

Age:                              Between 28-35 years

Nationality:                    Any

Qualifications

 

• Proficient in the use of Primavera (P6 version 8.2 or higher) and other software used in planning and project control
• Excellent knowledge of process, materials and procedures in the construction industry
• Excellent knowledge of project planning, scheduling and cost management

Job Description

• Create and develop the baseline program detailing time, resources and cost & monitor the overall progress of the project – actual versus plan and create forecast until project reaches completion.
• Prepare and update the project program to ensure the set timeframes and deadlines are met and the procurement is in line with the critical path.
• Identify delays caused by various factors and prepare related Claims for Extension of Time (EOT) accordingly.
