Basic Requirements

 

Education:                     Bachelor’s Degree in engineering

Total Experience:           3-5 years

GCC Experience:           At least 2 years of relevant experience

Gender:                        Male

Age:                              Between 25-35 years old

Nationality:                    Filipino or Indian

Qualifications

• Knowledge in estimation and tendering procedures related to Facility Management
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English language

Job Description

• Review tender documents related to Facility Management.
• Prepare commercial submittals such as RFQ, Qualifications, Pricing, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), offer and Technical Submittals such as Methodology, Scope of work, PPM, Method Statements, CVs and conduct site visits.
• Prepare checklist and facility project brief description/introduction.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for facility management services.
• Prepare a cost sheet summary to identify variances by comparing actual costs to budgeted or project costs.
• Conduct benchmarking against competitors or industry standards to identify what needs to be improved and develop strategies for cost optimization.
