Basic Requirements

 

Education:                     Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

Total Experience:           4-6 years

GCC Experience:           At least 3 years of relevant experience

Gender:                        Male

Age:                              Between 25-35 years old

Nationality:                    Filipino or Indian

Qualifications

 

• Excellent knowledge in electrical systems
• Preferably with knowledge in the technicalities of property maintenance
• Preferably with knowledge in tenancy or property management

Job Description

• Identify and monitor all maintenance concerns related to electrical systems and develop an efficient system to ensure smooth operations
• Perform required maintenance/preventive maintenance of electrical systems to ensure the safety and comfort of tenants.
• Diagnose possible breakdowns and other problems and provide precautionary advice for both pre-occupancy and occupancy cases.
