• Knowledge and understanding of cost analysis, budget preparation and cost forecast.
• Knowledge in Construction Activity Codes and its uses in cost allocation.

Job Description

• Provide cost control support for all projects and company, utilize productive reports from the creation of work breakdown structure and applying good project management practices in developing budget, staffing, manpower plans and providing an update regularly and raise alarm for any budget deviation, cost variances and performance indices.
