Basic Requirements

 

Education:                     Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Total Experience:           3-5 years

GCC Experience:           At least 2 years of experience in the construction of high-rise buildings and large scale compounds.

Gender:                        Male

Age:                              Between 25-30 years old

Nationality:                    Any

Qualifications

 

• Knowledge of all mechanical engineering concepts
• Knowledge of the construction principles, process, method and equipment related to mechanical (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, irrigation)
• Knowledge of building construction processes and phases

Job Description

• Supervise and execute mechanical work related to HVAC, plumbing, firefighting & irrigation systems according to the instructions of the Project/Department Manager and as per the approved design, plan and schedule.
• Coordinate site works with electrical, civil and other fields.
• Prepare weekly progress report as required by Construction Manager and report any site problems accordingly and recommend possible solutions.
