Basic Requirements

 

Education:                          Bachelor in Civil Engineering

Total Experience:                At least 7 years of experience in construction/contracting

GCC Experience:                At least 3 years of experience in the construction of high-rise buildings and large-scale compounds.  

Gender:                              Male

Age:                                    Between 28 – 35 years old

Nationality:                          Any

Qualifications

 

• Excellent knowledge of building construction principles, processes and phases.
• Excellent knowledge in civil engineering concepts, methods, equipment and procedures.
• Project and Construction Management

Job Description

• Assist in initiating the project execution plan (PEP) and check the civil design of projects to ensure compliance with the plan.
• Supervise civil installations and operations to ensure compliance to design and equipment specifications as well as in the operational and safety standards. Provide instructions, technical advice and support to Foreman, Chargehand and other site team members of the project and ensure all works are completed as planned and scheduled.
• Implement occupational health & safety, environmental and quality standards in accordance with the company policies at the project site.
