Basic Requirements

 

Education:                           Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Holders

Total Experience:                 4-6 years

GCC Experience:                 At least 3 years of work experience

Gender:                               Male

Age:                                     Between 25-35 years old

Nationality:                           Filipino, Indian, Sri Lankan and Nepalese

Qualifications

 

• Knowledge of building materials related to civil, mechanical and electrical
• Knowledge of store management & procedures
• Knowledge in the use of MS Office Applications and ERP

Job Description

 

• Handle materials inventory, receipt and delivery in the store.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies/materials in the store and produce periodic updates.
• Maintain an updated record of stock levels and provide documents for stocks that were not accounted.
• Update the system for every delivery and receipt transaction to maintain an accurate record.
• Update the filing of documents such as invoices, delivery forms, transmittals, requests, and approvals.
