Basic Requirements

 

Education:                          Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, BIM-related certifications are preferred.

Total Experience:                5-7 years

GCC Experience:                At least 3 years of experience

Gender:                              Male or Female

Age:                                    Between 25 – 30 years old

Nationality:                          Any

Qualifications

• Proficient in the use of Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant software
• Proficient in AutoDesk Revit (MEP)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Exposure to Navisworks or other coordination tools (preferred)
• Familiarity with BIM 360 or Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms
• Understanding basic LOD concepts and file naming standards
• Basic understanding of BIM standards such as ISO 19650 or PAS 1192 is desirable.

Job Description

• Prepare technical and detailed 3D BIM models of various projects of the company under the supervision of the BIM Manager.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts and clashes within the model.
• Generate views, sheets, schedules, and simple families.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration and accurate representation of the design as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with the BIM team for software updates, process improvement and innovation initiatives.
